Video Features GA-FIT Advisory Board Members

Murray Campbell and Connie Hobbs, members of the Georgia FIT Advisory Board, are featured in a new video about the work of the Lower Flint-Ochlockonee Regional Water Planning Council.  Murray is the chair of the council, and Connie is the vice chair of the council. The council was instrumental in the development of GA-FIT.  In the video, Murray talks about the importance of water to the region and the need to protect the aquifer. Connie talks about her personal connections to the waters of the region and the value of the Council’s collaborative work. The video was produced as a part of the Georgia Water Planning and Policy Center’s work with Georgia Environmental Protection Division to support Georgia’s ten Regional Water Planning Councils to advance water resources management in the state. As part of our work to support the Councils, the Center partnered with Above the Line Films to create short videos that highlight the important work of each Council and the uniqueness of each region.
