HCP Panel at the ACF Waters Conference

At the 2026 ACF Waters Conference, a panel of GA-FIT Advisory Board members, along with representatives from the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and the US Fish and Wildlife Service, will discuss the current status of the Lower Flint Region Habitat Conservation Plan. This discussion will be especially important in light of the current drought conditions in the region.  Panelists will include: Ania Truszczynski (GAEPD), Cathy Marion (USFWS), and Connie Hobbs and Gordon Rogers (GA-FIT Advisory Board members).  The panel will be moderated by Kristin Rowles (Georgia Water Planning and Policy Center).  The panel discussion will take place at 11:30 on April 29.
